Admissions are granted strictly on vacancies and the age and merit of the child. |

Admission is purely on academic grounds, irrespective of cast, creed and community. |

Registration form are available in the School Office. The Registration fee is Rs.600/-.Parents can download the Registration Form and Registration Card from the school website www.shreebharati.com and submit to the school office along with Rs.600/- in cash. |

The Registration form, duly filled in should be submitted at the school office at – Shree Bharati, Taratolla Santoshpur New Road, P.O. – Bidhangarh, Kolkata-700 066. |

Documents required for Registration with the school are as under:

A photocopy of Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corp./Hospital/Nursing Home. |

A copy of Report Card from the school last attended (Not applicable for Lower & Upper Infant). |

Two passport size photographs. |
|

6. |
After Registration, the child is required to appear for an interview/Admission Test. The date and time of interview/Admission Test will be mentioned in the Registration Card. |

The final result for admission into a particular class will be displayed on the school Notice Board. |

Once a candidate is successful in the admission test, the other formalities to be completed are:

Payment of all fees within the deadline. |

Submission of an attested copy of Birth Certificate |
|
|
Submission of Transfer Certificate from the school last attended. |
|
|

Fees once deposited will not be refunded. |
|
10. |
Bus service will be available from the Behela, New Alipore, Alipore, Tollygunge, Bhawanipore, Ballygunge, Budge Budge Road upto Bata. Appointe contractual bus services will be arranged by the school. |

WITHDRAWAL POLICY |
|
1. |
The child may be withdrawn from the school after a month prior notice or an payment of fees for one month in lieu thereof. |
|
2. |
If a child is expelled from the school no remission of fees is permissible. |
